To whom it may concern,
I normally don't bother with such however I'm starting to worry about the level of service our country is delivering to us CITIZENS, it has been over 4 years since I have been a Clicks customer and for the past 3 months I have been calling the contact center as well as mail correspondence however to date I am still without a proper plastic card, instead I've been asked to confirm my ID and address time and again, I last week sent them an email requesting for someone to give me a call and re-assure me that they are intending on servicing me as a client, needless to say I just got another flimsy email asking me to once again confirm my ID, no mention of when and how I am to get my card.
Today I come in the office expecting I would have a mail or some sort of contact from them, guess what NOTHING.
As stated above, I'm not one to complain because I'm a South African and I understand we are a 3rd world country, things cannot go as smooth as we want but this is ridiculous.
All I want from them is a call to re-assure me that I'm not just a number but am actually a customer they value, if not they can please say so.
