Today is 2013/04/17. I'm currently still holding for a consultant from 15:23. It is 16:03 now. 40 min waiting with please be patient, we will answer as soon as possible.
I feel this is not good customer service at all as I'm calling for a problem that I phoned about before, and not yet resolved.
I joined the Clicks club in December and still I have not yet received a card. I have to work with this paper temporary card and its not in a good condition anymore. I called 2 weeks ago and the consultant advised me the card is already sent and I will receive it in that week. Still nothing.
I was just cut off. Phone when silent and then cut off. So I'm calling again. Can you sort this out please!!
Not satisfied with this customer service as a NEW client!!
