Still Waiting for contract!

First iv been waiting for my furniture for few months now i am waiting for my Contract but they phone me for money but where is my contract when will they take me seriously? How can you pay goods without contact and even pay if you don't receive any Statements or Invoices "? Now you guys put me on a slow payer but i do not have an contract?
