My complaint was logged and your website and received a response - 2 weeks later saying the dispensary manager would call me. Nothing I phoned your call centre the manager that was suppose to contact was transferred and the Norwood dispensary manager called me. Very short and sweet explained that my 6 month script was faxed to Norwood in April and was informed that I hand in the original it was done the Sunday after a collected my medicine every month I am treated as a criminal we only dispensing one month of medicine as your script has expired this is month five people.
My request was for my original script to move to another service provider and the balance of my Alzam. The balance of the Alzam should be free now due to the additional stress caused by you.
I found out yesterday the doctors room was contacted for a new script as my original script was lost.
Dischem being the biggest retailier, linked nationwide computer system I have no words. Your directors should look at the companies vision etc you do not care about us. Phoning for a script behind my back do you realize there is a script fee. News like do not dispense medicine in a dead person name. Check your facts.
