I am currently in immense pain & have been prescribed Schedule 5 Tramacet to assist.
The script was forwarded to me via email in PDF format from my doctor. I printed the script and sent my employed manager to collect it as I own a food business and work extreme hours with little time for errands. He was sent back to my shop after an hour, to be declined, saying I need to get the doctor to mail it.
- Is there no protocol for Dischem to contact the doctor? Do they always decline instantly and not contact the doctor? Is this the customers job?
I then decided to go there myself and risk leaving MY BUSINESS UNATTENDED; when I asked about the bad service I was answered "Have a nice day sir".
I also had the doctor forward the script, and was promptly told I cannot have it on repeat unless I bring the original script. This is inconsistent with head office informing me I can have it on repeat as long as I bring the script within a certain time frame.
The dispen manager didn't come to meet me post complaint although she knew I was present and BOTH tellers were as rude as prison inmates. So now I must travel to present my script to 'hopefully' get a repeat. Protocol fail often Dischem?
