No one wants to help me!

I had a edgars master card, i then got sent a blue bean card Standard bank policy division. I have to put in an insurance claim and now i am told by blue bean I have no cover but I did have cover when I had my edgars card. I was advised to call edcon, who told me to call hollard, who told me to contact, finright, who told me to contact mastercare, who's number does not exist!!! My problem remains the same... I had a edgars master card with standard bank, they sent me a blue bean card with a letter stating everything will remain the same. now I need to put in an insurance claim and all of a sudden "I have no card protection? and No one at edcon can access my file to advise me where my cover is for my MASTER CARD> they keep telling me about my clothing account but can not tell me about my MASTER CARD.
