I went to the branch to submit a claim for lost cellphone. I submitted all the documents and i was not informed of time standard, I went back to the branch to enquire about how long can my claim will take, i found this lady who looked frustrated, she told me that she is not sure about the time standard and she also told me that it normally takes a week. Im complaining because whenever i skip payment you always calls me, sent me smses and emails but now i don't get updated now, no sms no email, no call. Why don't you do the same as you do when I fail to pay my monthly contribution and mind you im paying for that insurance. I would really appreciate your response.
