Last week I purchase a homemark mp3 player and after testing it this past weekend, for some reason it just wouldn't go on after testing in in two different cars. I took the product back to the store hoping it will be replace with a new (one that actually works) or even get some assistance in using the product. I was so disappointed In the service I got from candice poor lady was clueless.. And no homemark stuff was @ work..she simply just refunded me and because I paid with a visa voucher I have two wait two days for my money to reflex back on the card (she was also very unsure if I will get my money back or not!). What frustrated me more was the negativity amongst the workers at the customer service department complaining how they hated working @ the store! Do I need to hear this?? And don't let me even start with the half an hour of my time they wasted (my lunch time!!!). I walked out with no product and no guarantee of getting my money back too!!! :(
