Reluctant to pay back after cancellation

On Monday 21 January 2013 Abulele from Homemark phoned me to inform me that I have won a price and it sounded like a i-pad. I twicwe enquired what I need to pay and he repeatedly said that I do not have to make any payment. There was also no confirmation by any other employee that I have agreed to any payment. The same night there was a deduction from my creditcard of R3159. On Tuesday morning 22 January 2013 I phoned Abulele and cancelled the transaction with the reference nr.1307264.I also gave him the reference nr at Absa for the reversing of the payment and he confirmed that he is in possession of the nr. As a result of the order been cancelled naturally no delivery was made. Now my problem is that they do not cancel the debit order and the amount is still deducted from my creditcard and not reversed when I looked into my account this morning. I need to spent a lot of airtime now to liase with him and the bank to do this and so far they were very reluctant to do so and I am paying the interest..
