Phoned to cancel broadband lite on 12.11.2013. Was instructed to phone 13.11.2013 which I did. Got reference number for the cancellation. Cancellation was confirmed. Gentleman said I need to phone back to let know if I want to make sim prepaid. I said but don;t the prepaid sim expires after a few months anyway.
He didn't mention that if I don't make the sim prepaid the cancellation will be cancelled and the contract goes on. I knew December 2013 will be the last month for payment. I phoned on 1.2.2014 when Jan cost was deducted from my bank. They keep telling me that I should've phoned back to make sim prepaid.
So even if you have a reference number from a cancellation it means nothing. I expect January to be refunded
