Top Up Debt Protection plan

Hi

I'm really sure as to what else am I to do, I was retrenched and put a claim through for the top up debt protection plan that I have on my account which was to assist in paying for my credit card when such incidents happens. But in my case it has been a mission to claim for this plan and after it was approved it was only paid for on month. Now every month end I'm receiving call and emails from FNB telling me that my account will be handed over as my account is not paid. Now some one please tell me as to what does this mean< and each time when this consultants call I tell them my problem and they promise to fix it. My account is in errors because of this and my name is going to be listed. Why does one have to pay for this covers if they wont help us? I trusted FNB but hayi, the consultant that called me today told me to call the people who are dealing with this claim and now please tell me how do I do that when I'm unemployed where do I get that airtime, I told this lady that I cant call because I don't have airtime and she told me they is nothing she can do hence I'm writing this complain.
