Hi my name is elsie i went in to sterns on a sunday because my engagement ring broke so we need to get a new one that was sort like a set wedding ring. so i ask them to make it my size ring finger, and if its go to cost me more, so they said they email them and hear. so a week later they phone so i could not answer my phone because i was at work, so i phone them back to hear what they said the following day, they said its not going to cost me more then what i saw the ring for, but my ring will only be here the 8 august and i am getting married the 10th august, so i said its fine but they must make sure its definetaly here that day, so after the second time i phone them to say i cant get into tzaneen maybe can i come and pay it the day i fetch the rings they said no i must pay it before, so i say its ookay ill try to make a plan, so after i cough up R300 of petrol to get into tzaneen, they said i must pay a deposit i said i was not inform of this they say its unfortunately how it is, i said let me talk to my fiance and hear what he says and then we will pay it. so after we paid it a week later they say the ring wont be here the 8 aug it will be here the 13th of sept.
