Highly priced but poor quality wineglasses

Bought a set of 2 highly priced (R175 each) wineglasses with multicolored knobly stems.
At that price you do not expect the colored knobs to be plastic coated, but should be solid colored glass.
The coating started to peel after a few washes by hand (NOT in a dishwasher)
Have reported this to the shop and emailed my complaint to "head office" in Jhburg, and so far have had no response.
I wish to make this point very clear :- if i had been told that the glass stems were color-coated and not solid colored glass then i would most definitely not bought these.
