Unnecessary! Useless! Unacceptable service!!!

I recently gave Sign a Rama a simple order to be done. I had given them my own vinyl and asked for specific wording, with certain measurements to be cut too. After 3 days of waiting for a 10 min job to be done I received the order back. When I got home I had realized that the wording was incorrect. I phoned Sign a Rama and explained the situation in a very friendly manner and asked that it be corrected. I was told that it is not their fault and that it was mine, even though I had the paper from them with the right specifications written on it. After telling them that, they then said it was the machine and not the persons fault. I then simply explained that regardless I still needed the mistake corrected as I am sitting with an unhappy customer. Not once did anyone apologize for the inconvenience but only gave me unnecessary attitude. Now very frustrated I approached the owner- Tjaka Snyman. This was even worse! Before I could finish explaining my situation he cut me off saying I'll deal with it next week. He was rude and inconsiderate, at this stage I am done being friendly and understanding. This is not how proper service is conducted. I expect to have the CORRECT print done ASAP!
