This is a complaint against Setaria Spar near Thabazimbi. This is the WORSE spar EVER. Because this is the only shop in a 30KM radius they KNOW they can say and do what they want knowing that they are the only option for these people, but now they give the name "SPAR" a bad reputation. There is a FEW incidents I can name, but the most recent one is realy bothering me. My mother went to Spar 17/10/2013 to buy Budgy seed and the price (tag, arrow, name and weight) was R24.99, but when she got to the till it was R33.99 (NINE RAND DIFFERENCE). She then said that the price on the shelve was R24.99 and she showed them, the manager or supervisor came to assist with the WORSE attitude EVER and said but she always tell the customer not to go with the price on the shelve but the one at the till. My mother then said she refuses and that the price given is the one she is going to pay. The "manager" said that my mother has a choice, pay the R33.99 or leave Spar. PLEASE explain to me since when this is the correct way? Everyone complains but can not do anything, and in the meantime Spar is seen as people who from us, and this is pure and we mut either PAY or LEAVE Spa
