BAD SERVICE OVERALL

I applied for a Rage account online and Rage said I should take my ID, copy of ID and proof of address to the store to get my account activated. When I got there, the shop assistants said they wont accept the proof of address I had instead they want a 3 month bank statement.
I returned to the shop 2 weeks afterwards with everything they requested and the shop assitants gave me a hard time before calling head office, they were also discussing what they were going to have for lunch whilst i was waiting for my card to be activiated. They finally helped me but they were not friendly at all. I was so upset when i left the store because a simple procedure took them over half an hour to sort out.
