Service not quite as advertised

I went ino Century Spar-Parow with my 6 month old baby to deposit money into an account. I had my ID and the ref number. The cashier at the kiosk informed me that I need a copy of my ID, I must walk to the cellphone shop and make a copy. I didn't complain, I went to go make the copy however they were already closed. I went back to her and informed her about the store being closed and asked her why they are not able to make a copy of my ID.Her reply was they usually do, but their office is locked now. She then told me to walk over to the library and make a copy, I refused as it was storming outside and I had my child with me. The manager (already irritated as they did not have R1 coins in their float and was calling all over the place to hold of some) then informed me this is favours they do for the customers by making copies, I then questioned him, by saying, they do favours for some customers and not others. He then changed his whole story to, no they do not make copies for customers at all. This bad service then resulted in my rent being paid in late. I contact their head office 06/08/13, they informed me a ROM will return my call within 5-7 working days. Today is 20/08/13... need I say more?
