Polokwane Store, Mr Manager with Attitude is a NO

I am tired of the ATTITUDE of your Store Manager in Polokwane.

I went to his store 2 weeks back to collect the copy of my ID which he actually authorised his sub-ordinate to copy without my consent and against the RICA policies as well as that of Customer Service and that of Shoe City.

Unless if you allow your stores to make photocopies of our IDs when we RICA. this is, because Mr Shai authorised his subordinate to copy my ID.

Instead of practising Proffessionalism and Morality in the workplace, he shoults at customers infront of Staff and Customers...

I came in your store with my friend, we found him with 2 other staff members, and there were 3 other customers in the store, MR Shai was busy shouting at us...

His staff member, who did the copy of my ID, agreed that she knows about the incident of the ID photocopying, i had to leave the store sad and angry because you Mr Shai continued to discredit me in full view of his staff and customers, he went on telling me that i can take this issue whereeer i want i wont get my ID.

Are you guys using my ID for other reasons i dont know? I need that copy delivered at my place because i wasted petrol twice.
