I needed to make an A3 photo copy for my graphic design work. First of all the employee made the copy without placing the picture correctly which left parts of the picture cut off and unclear. I had to ask for another copy and finally got what I wanted. The worst was that the employee wanted me to pay for the other copy that was of no use to me. In the end I had to pay R17.00 for one photo copy! Even if I had paid for both of them at another shop it wouldn't have cost so much!
