I went into the Mr Price Home store on Thursday 12th December to change my surname and address. I was given a form to complete and the person behind the counter informed me that they will forward it to Head Office. I asked if they need a copy of my marriage certificate or new ID as proof and the person said no. Last week Monday i contacted the call centre as I have not received a new card or notification of collection or anything from Mr Price. The contact centre agent Claudine informed me to forward my new ID and copy of marriage certificate to [Email Removed] which I did immediately after putting the phone down. Up untill today I have not received any feedback of either of these requests. If this is the after sales service of SERVICE the Mr Price Group provides i will be closing my account and taking my business else as Mr Price clearly do not care about their customers.
