Pick 'n Pay Lynnwood has been dropping the ball of late. The bad service seems to stem from a manager named Goodenough and obviously filters down the ranks. Now there are very good managers at PnP Lynwood, but you just need one rotten apple to ruin it. Pick 'n Pay - you are losing your game. Start with proper customer service and getting rid of members of Pick n Pay that treat your customers like their plebeians.
