Since my compliant on the 8th of January 2013 on this website, I received one call from Shafieka the same day. She informed me that Homechoice is doing an investigation and should be able to provide me with an update by the following Friday (refering to the 18th of January 2013) since their warehouse would have completed doing stock taking. I still have not heard any update or feedback from Homechoice and my credit record still reflects that I owe Homechoice the amount oalue of the value of the two missing products.
As such, Homechoice did not honour their promise to provide me with an update/feedback within the said time, while negatively affecting my credit record
