i have just been to a edgards store and saw a takkie i like for my son and there was no size 9 for him. I asked the sales consultant to help me and just locate it on their systenm so i could contct the releant store. She said she cant as the takkie is on sale. Anyway i left the store and i have called about 3 edgars stores now... what a terrible service... i have the barcodes etc so they can like check on system or something they dont even ask for those but just tell me its not availabel.
how difficult can it be really now...
