About 2 weeks ago we had purchased rolls from the Scottburgh Pick n Pay and upon paying at the till we saw a fly in the packet of rolls, we brought this to what we think was the manager of the store's attention. He said that it was unacceptable and that it would bring it to the attention of the staff at the bakery. But to our surprise, when we purchased our rolls yesterday (28/06/2013), there was a moth in the packet all over the rolls!!! This is just not acceptable and highly unhygienic! Something has to be done about the rolls that are left open the entire day. All types of insects are flying on them every day and I sure this is not a standard that is acceptable on any level. I will be going back to the store to this afternoon to once again bring it to the attention of the manager and hopefully something will be done about this. No doubt Pick n Pay has the best rolls, but if that's the service that we getting I rather buy my rolls somewhere else a bit more hygienic.
