I visited the Misty Hills Spur last night 26 August 2013, ordered the Monday special, the waiter took our order without any questions or suggestions. When we received our burgers, they were served with Pick n Pay chrispy roles instead of the spur rolls, which were all stale. we should be payng pick n pay prices if we eating pick n pay food.
when we did complain to the manager, he then informed us that they had to send there rolls back during the day, and had no chioice but to use the pick n pay rolls.
we also never received the Sauce that accompanies the Texan Spicey Chicken burger, and when we asked for it, the manager told the waiter that the sauce does not apply to the special, however i was at Spur at Carnival mall for the same promotion last week and never had the problem.
i was really disappointed with the service.
