My family and i visited the bethal branch of russsels on saturday and took interest in the presidential wall unit which was on display and decided to make a cash purchase, on which we were told by the sales lady that we can get it at secunda, as we also live in secunda on arrival at secunda branchm th 2 guys or so called salesman had no clue to any info of the unit, at first.instead he was convinicng us to purchase the smaller unit which is the prince. my husband and i still insisted on the presidedential of which these 2 guys stumbeld to give us answres as we were sent from bethal brancg to secunda only to find out that we were given wrong information and at secunda the cloured whos sits on the fone and chat the whole time sent us back to these 2 floor guys for help. we were sent bakc home with being told THERE IS NO STOCK ITEM IS DISCONTINUED ETC ETC WHY IN THE FIRST PLACE IS IT ON THE FLOOR, TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE WEN WE WANTED TO BUY IT CASH FROM BETHAL THE MANAGER TELSS ME THAT ITS NOT FOR SALE AND THAT THE UNIT DISPLAYED MUST GO TO THE SUPLLIER I MEAN WHY THEN IS IT ON DISPLAY U CANT ORDER ONE U CANT BUY THE DISPLAY DEMO OR EVEN IF U DO U STILL HAVE TO PAY THE PRICE OF A NEW 1
