Payment not being Processed

I have made a payment of R692.44 on the 25/07/2013 for Edgars at Jet Store Mall of the North Polokwane Limpopo Province and Edgars keep on calling me to make a payment and telling me that i am on areas they have my money why has it been processed please Peter kindly assist i think someone did not do his her job here thank you
