I have made a payment to Edgars
Yes I admit it was late (7th of November)

I then received an SMS a few days later saying I have been handed over to Transuion as a late payer (fair enough)
However it has now been 12 days after I have made an EFT payment and also Emailed and contacted the EFT department and my payment still does not reflect.

I left several Emails and tried calling the EFT Numbers (011 498 #### five of them) with NO response whatsoever. I feel this is APPALLING as now I am doing all the hard work to contact EDCON and I am just being ignored.

Pathetic Edgars well by the amount of complaints I see I do not know if my complaint will make any impact.
