I find it so strange that every single month home choice sends me an email of promotions but they failing to send me a statement, every month a call centre rep calls and ask me about next payment and i always ask them to email me a statement and they all say the same them ' iv requested for it to be sent' can someone please do their job this is unexceptable, home choice is pethetic when it comes to customer service- they so quick to send promotions but no statements.
