I paid my account, in full, over a month ago.
Happened to buy a voucher online, and discovered the money has not gone into my account.
Since then, I have mailed a specific person - B. Ndlovu & the general accounts email, with the proof of payment, for over 2 weeks - and I get read receipts, but never ever once had a response.
The service is disgusting - don't you want my money?
