Bad Attitude and AWFUL Customer Service

I went to pay my account and was paying R880.00 and the person had took a payment of R8880.00. I had told them that they had took to much money and that they now have sent me into my overdraft, there first reply was Eish, which is a typical reply of South Africans. I said to them who is going to pay for my charges to which they replied "well you will madam" They told me it would take 24 hours for the money to be back in my account or they can give me R8000.00 cash and I can deposit the money myself at the bank. THREE days later the money was still not back in my account. Went back to the branch to find out where my money was and apparently it takes 3 days for the money to show not 24 hours like they told me.
I am still waiting to hear who is going to pay for my charges for there mistake not mine. This was the 6th August it is now the 19th August
