I have been going to total sport Birch acres mall on several times this year to get my replacement card as my old card gives me problems every time I use it, in all cases I visited the store on Sundays of which is the only chance I get. In all my visit to the stored the guys there were willing to help but getting through to the call centre in all occasions is impossible. On 19 august 2013 I tried to call the myself from the numbers on TFG website after going to the store day before. After three hours of dropped or intentionally cut off calls made to the call centre spoken to Lungile and other four call centre agent whom I couldn't get there names because of the frustration, I ended up at switch board spoken to a lady who refuse to give me her name and was not willing to hear even one single word from me, before I can even start to relate my story I was cut off. After all this to me TFG don't give a about their customer and they expect me to carry my ID even answer some silly question before can uses my card. TFG I'm taking my business somewhere else were I will be happy.
