Warranty Claim

We bought a bed from this branch in November 2012. At the end of June, something broke in the base and the mattress kept falling in. I contacted Rochester in July and filled in a warranty claim. After an initial hiccup where the paperwork wasn't submitted correctly, we received a call from the Aba, the salesperson who sold us the bed. She remembered us and assured us that she would personally follow up on the warranty claim and make sure it gets to the right person. The day after she phoned, I received a phone call from Restonic, I did not write the person's name down, and he informed me that they will replace our old bedset with a brand new set. It would take two weeks to make it up and they will deliver it to our house. Today, exactly two weeks later, I receive a phone call that our bed is ready to be delivered and we made the arrangements.

I want to commend these companies, but specifically Aba, for their great customer service and friendliness as well as the professionalism.

I would recommend them to all my friends.
