I went to Edgars yesterday bought me clothing and paid for it. As i was walking towards the entrance I walked pass their beauty department is right by the entrance. My aunt wanted to buy perfume there was nobody at the till for her to pay for it so she left the perfume. I (have difficulty in walking), after looking for a while found lipstick that I wanted to pay for. I got to the till (2 tills) there was still nobody to assist. I called the beauty consultant and asked her where are the cashiers, she told me she is on a break and there is only 1 cashier on duty and I was not capable of walking back to the clothing department and stand in a queue again just for 1 lipstick. So I just decided to leave without it. I tried phoning the store whole morning to complain to the manager about this but the phone was just ringing.
if the store only have 1 cashier on duty over a weekend in a department they will loose sales and customers.
After all these months I felt like spoiling myself by buying a Revlon lipstick and this is the service I get!!!
