Festina Watch @ forma Viva faulty, Will not refund

I bought a R6500 limited edition Festina Watch. After a few months the black face was pealing off, i returned it and they fought with me about replacing the face, eventually after 8 months and - 10 visits to the store, emails, phone calls that were not responded to i received the watch, i took it out of the packaging and the watch fell apart.

I advise any one that deals with the FormaVica Jewellery store to look for a alternative before buying a product from them. After a year of fighting i have still not recieved a watch that cost me R6500
