A while back I put a complaint on for pyjamas that were purchased and I got feedback right away and was compensated. I even got an email from one of the managers from the customer care division who said if I have any future problems to get in touch with her which I did a few weeks back with regards to this complaint but have heard nothing back. I made a large purchase at the Bright Water Commons Branch 2 weeks ago. Firstly the cashier never asked for my Smart Shopper Card and I forgot to give it so I lost all my points which I want back. Secondly black garbage bags were marked R19.99 and went through at R59.99 as they were some fancy kind but were behind the low price and that is why I took them so now this started me off really irritated as I only noticed these things once I was home and looked at my slip. My maid had opened the bags and used one so I could not return them. Then fish that had a huge special sign at R29.99 went through at R47.99 is still sitting in my freezer. I then noticed that Equal sweetener refill tabs had gone through at R66 and I cannot believe this is correct as it is around R55 in all other shops. I am really starting to get irritated with Pick 'n Pay! 1
