PAID CASH, YET NO DELIVERY

I bought a Malibu bedroom suite from Morkels, Randburg branch and first payment was made 17 June and final payment paid on Wednesday 19 June 2012. They told me it takes at most 48 hours to deliver, which meant latest date was Friday 21 June 2012, and also that this suite was on stock.

Friday 21: Spoke to Juke their manager (I suppose), who he gave me warehouse number to call, which I did call, and they said they couldn't pick my order on the system. Was asked to call branch and ask them to call warehouse and supply a reference number to trace my order. I did all that and they promised to call me back and update me, which they never did.

Monday 24: After taken in circles, I called head office, head office promised to call back, never did.

Tuesday 25: No delivery, still taken in circles, Juke still promising empty promises.

Wednesday 26: No call from Morkels. Around 10 Juke said they were loading my suite, by 1pm it will be delivered. No delivery by 2pm. Called head office, which said I call in an hour (around 3pm). I call thereafter phone rings continuously...

End of another day comes and STILL NO DELIVERY

I want my suite and am tired of empty promises!
