I have purchased a bedroom suit cash in May this year and to tell you i had so many problems with delivery of the bedroom suit, i had to wait a whole month to receive the bedroom suit and when i received it, it was damaged. When i reported this to Gabriel the sales manager at the Alberton branch he promised me the world saying that he will sort this out for me, then i waited another month for them just to come and collect the damaged items. I also didnt get regular updates or feedbacks, i had to phone them myself to ask what the progress was, and yet again i got empty promises. I agreed to to cancel the deal and they said to me i can get any free gift which i refused to accept. I then decided to cancel the previous sale and i bought another which was another big mistake i made, the delivery is also taking very long and with allot of promises made by the Sales Manager and the Warehouse. I was Monday that i will receive my goods on Wednesday, and then promised again for Thurday and eventually for today which i still havent received. I will not recommend anyone to purchase anything from Morkels. Mr Smith
