CREDIT LIMIT REDUTION

I sent instructions for my cr limit to be reduced by 1G on the 25 of every month until to a limit of 5G, my email was ignored, visited Woolworths at Nothgate on the 14 April, I was advised to write a letter instructing them of what I would like. I ask if the instructions can be processed until a limit is at 5G, Zahir refused to diarize my instructions, 05 May, I went to check if the request has been actioned & it was not, Kgomotso called and I intervene as I do not understand why must I be there even though I gave written instructions & I spoke to Zodwa & Aish Gregiory whom I was I advised that she is a T L.Kgomotso understood the service that I requested & she faxed the instruction on the 25 June & they mass with financial profile, reducing to a limit of 1G meaning that I over spend and I am now expected to pay a total amount of 6118 which is completely NOT what was on my instructions, she called the & I spoken to Zodwa who promised that Gerald would fix the problem, I ask if someone can call and explain what is happening and if I can get a confirmatiom that their level of incompetency is not going to affect my profile at credit bureux, NO PHONE CALL FROM MANAGEMENT UNTIL TODAY.
