My friend ntombi and i went to pq two days ago to get a refund on pants that she had bought less than 7days before as they were too big and they didn't have her size. The lady at the tills was so rude, she told my friend tills don't just open for refunds, when my friend asked for the manager she rudely told her to find the manager herself. Of course the manager was equally rude and incompetent as she told my friend to return it to the pq in greenstone as that is where she purchased the item with no particular reason why. Customer service is so disgusting in that place, it'll make me think twice before i ever buy there again.
