Me and my friend went the shopping but the we were not happy there way they treat us.
1. When we went to the fitting rooms at the ground floor they told us that they were closed and we must go to the first floor and we did when we got the, the staff the didn't allow us as well but we went through without their permission.
Then we asked them what time is the shop closing because the security guards told us that they were closing at 19:00PM they said that the shop closes at 18:30 of which they were lying they didn't want us to go to the fitting rooms they told us they also want live because its Christmas so that they can be with their families.
2 The cleaner who was also cleaning at the ground was also rude to us. She mop on my friend she didn't ask her to move or say sorry. Then when we were about to live the shop the very same cleaner told us that we messing the place she not the to clean after us but she the to work for her kids. We were so disappointed at the staff the. They really need to be tough customer service because their service is very BAD.
3 The People who were friendly and helpful were the SECURITY GUARDS AND THE 2 GUYS WHO WERE WORKING ON TILLS.
