DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!

On Tuesday I phoned to make a reservation for a friend to travel to Polokwane the next day. When I asked the lady, who assisted with my booking, if I can pay via EFT she said it's fine and gave me the banking details and did the transfer. The next morning we see our friend off in Midrand. Then about 20min later I receive a call back from my friend saying she's at park station and they say the ticket hasnt been paid for. When calling the general reservation desk the gentleman tells me theres nothing he can do and I have to repay the ticket at park station and then request a refund. Then a lady at the Pretoria ticket station tells me that her manager isnt there and theres nothing she can do. I must come fetch my friend in PTA. Problem is, I paid R340 and not a single person could assist me. There was no assurance giving, no help offered. All I got was "sorry" and "no". Eventually I resent the proof of payment to this lady and they issued her a one way ticket after i suggested she wait for her manager and then ask him to solve it. But now my friend only got issued a 1way ticket... what about the return??? Ridiculous!!! terrible terrible service. I need someone to contact me ASAP!
