Bad Service from the Manager and the Staff

It's not the 1st time that I'm having issues with this lady. In 2011 she accused me of coffee. I did not say anything. The second time she was bad mouthing me with the staff. She did not know that I understand Zulu. So I called the manager and he did nothing about it. Today was the last strike I'm sick and tired of them giving me bad service. I went with my friend to buy pies. There's know bored indicating that there's a special on the pies. So when we came back to work, my friend told me I must go back to the garage. We went back and asked them why they didn't tell us. Worse Mistake. They were so impolite with us. Even the manager was disrespectful to us. I think the manager is scared of Tholakele. They gave us bad customer service. The manager told us what's done is done!! Tholakele is even threatening me now saying that she will get me outside. She even called me a (Skheberesh).which means . we really need to know who is the owner of the BP. this lady is rude people have seen her being rude to other people also.
