No response for 3 weeks now

I have been trying to get in contact with the pre-legal department since 23 May 2013 to discuss arrangements for a vehicle which is now back in my possession.
After calling on numerous occasions and leaving messages on a number which just goes to voicemail (supplied by customer care), I took the time to go to the head office and discuss the matter - the call centre consultant was very helpful. Confirmed he would speak to the relevant person and should expect a call within 24 hours. He called me later in the day assuring me that everything is on track and there is no need for concern.
On 3 June I still didn't receive a call so I called again requesting a call back as soon as possible - to date, nothing.
Today, I receive an SMS stating my account has been handed over so i call customer care, around 7:00 am requesting to speak to a supervisor or manager. Joe stated that supervisors get in at 7:30 and managers at 8:00 - I asked him to please ensure a supervisor calls me as soon as they arrive - I'm still waiting. I went one step further and left another message on that wonderful voicemail in the pre-legal department hoping for a response. End of day and nothing
