I called in to find out what my amount due for the month was. I spoke to an immature, uncaring call centre agent who knows nothing about telephone attiquitte. First of all she did not introduce herself when answering the phone she just said RAGE HALLO as if she's answering her cellphone. I had to repeat everything i was saying because she kept on saying ''SORRY'' not even i beg your pardon like one would say over the phone. She was just too rude when i asked her again what her name was just to hear if she was going to give me an incorrect name, she hung up. When i called back to find out why she hung up on me she said there was a problem with her line. When i kept telling her that she was rude she said oh really with a sarcastic tone. I'm appauled at this and im going to work very hard to pay my account and close it i dont need to associate myself with such rude, tackless people sies. She claimed that some fifi was her supervisor and told me that at rage they are there to work they not at rage to make friends so i dont believe that she was the supervisor.
