VERY BAD SERVICE = NO WASHING = 1 WEEK!!!

Service Call - 08 Jul 2013 - S317378

Machine Serviced - 10 Jul 2013 - paid R 400 call out and R1200 for parts.

5 Aug 2013, our washing machine made a terrible noise.

Contacted the Technician who did the service (Jack) he returned the next day to look at the machine, and told us we need to replace the gearbox at a cost of R6500-00.

My fiance refused and contacted the Customer Care division and logged a call, for we just had the machine serviced and paid for parts. Less than a month ago.

The Customer Care department agreed and would have sent someone to look at the problem.

It has been 1 week now from this and to date no one has been dispatched to attend to this.

We were told last week that someone would be out on Wednesday, on Thursday we phoned back and got told that the call was logged for Friday but because of the public holiday the technician will only come on Monday.

On Monday no one came, on Tuesday the Customer Care number had a message on the lines.

This Morning my Fiance phoned got through to Lesly and halfway through the call got cut off, no call back from Whirlpool.

We have been unable to do washing for the last week!!! When will this be resolved???
