3weeks ago my washing machine showed an F13 error. I phoned Whirlpool SA &a repairman came to fix it.
Last week Monday night the same error occurred while I was doing my washing. Tuesday morning 25 June I phone the repairman who came out the first time directly and arranged for him to come out. He never showed up & was not answering his phone so Friday morning 28 June I phone Whirlpool SA again & they said they will send a repairman urgently to come fix the problem, for free, as it is the same error. I received an sms saying an message call had been logged for urgent resolution & I must call them again if no contact was made in 8 hours.
No contact was made so on Monday morning 1 July I phone Whirlpool again & they said don't worry, the repairman will come out.
No one showed up on Monday either, so today I phone again, & spoke to Suzanne. She said the repairman would come today.
At 13:00 today I had still not heard anything, so i phoned back. Suzanne answered the phone and put it down in my ear! I phoned back and explained that my clothes had been stuck in the washing machine for a WEEK!!! She said she would sort it out but still hasn't!
Will they replace my ruined clothes?!?
