When I phone russells to report about my washing machine I speak to Zonto, ans she always replies that she will phone me back. That does not happen. I have to phone back and sometimes it takes weeks and in the mean time my wife has to wash with her hands. The warranty is almost over and I think they are playing for time. I think that they must replace my washing machine because it keeps on breaking. It is now the 5th time and I am tired of going there and phoning them. I thank u in taking time to read this and I hope u can help me.
