Pathetic service/attitude from Pick n pay directo

I always liked shopping at Bright water commons until this incident: i purchased a box of sweetners & only to realise as i walked to my car that i paid double for it & scanned incorrectly on my taxslip. Immediatley took this back to the store where 2members being part of managment (one being Modestos Miltiadou, so called director) handled this issue shockingly to be part of a customer orientated holding as huge as PICK n PAY.i was told point blank that it was IMPOSSIble that the scanner would be wrong & everytime i tried to explain i was cut off in this time evry other customer was looking at me as the scene got louder, it looked as if I was a after i just paid for my grocery shopping trying to query an item for R25 & being charge R54...
eventually when they decided to scan the item after making me a profound /fool in front of public it proved that the scanner wrongly scanned, i had no apologies but the "director" gave me his card & told me to go ahead & complain but such arrogant attitude, i was shocked especially after their scanner was wrong. however i was given the item free by the other manager ..this is not the point aftr humiliation/arrogancy
