I do my monthly grocery shopping at Pick n Pay Hyper in Brackenfell. The same thing happen to me twice. Pick n Pay had as usual they in store promotion. I took from the "promotion" items, which was advertised in store at the time, on the shelf where the goods were packed. I get to the till point just to discover that the item on promotion is not valid. I went back to the isle and the add was removed. I had witnesses with me at the time when i took the item off the shelf, including a Pick n Pay staff member. I ended up paying normal price for the item. I phoned their customer service and is still waiting n their manager to call me back.
